Shipping Policy 
All orders are shipped within 3-5 days (excluding weekends and holidays) if the product is available and/or received by Alara The Label after receiving your order confirmation email. Since most products are handmade to order, it can take an additional 2-3 weeks to create and be received by Alara The Label. You will receive an automatic notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that we cannot modify the delivery address once you’ve placed your order. Additionally, we do not ship to PO boxes. Please be aware that high-volume orders or postal problems are outside of our control.

International Shipping
We currently do not ship to countries outside the United States.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at team@alarathelabel.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the total order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us at team@alarathelabel.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
